I first was introduced to TCS Foreclosures when I was applying for a job. When I was called in for an interview I researched more into the company. I found plenty of pros and cons (but you usually do when you search the internet. Good news isn’t share as often as one piece of bad press.) I decided to proceed with the interview to see how I felt about the company meeting and seeing their office. I interviewed and I felt very confident when leaving. I was asked to come back to work with TCS Foreclosures. During orientation I learned more in depth about the company. They also discussed to both sides of the company for people who would work with us and their opportunity and how we could work help people as well as build our career with TCS Foreclosures. When they said you can either be with us or for us. I decided I would like to work with instead of for TCS Foreclosures. I’ve been working with TCS Foreclosures for about a year now and I can happily say that I have stopped looking and working for anyone else. I’m making the kind of money I always wanted to and couldn’t be happier with where I am with my life. I look back and I can see myself working from TCS Foreclosures as well but I like the freedom of how I am working now. When I first heard about the opportunity at TCS Foreclosures I immediately thought SCAM! I did not want to go or have anything to do with it. My brother had already begun working with TCS and I told him that once I see the money come in I might consider it. Not even two months into the program my brother Matt was making very good money. I was shocked that this is only the first two months and he can make that much! I had to jump aboard. Now all I have to say is “WOW!” I can see why Matt wanted me to get involved with TCS Foreclosures. The opportunity and education provided is fantastic! I can see how it’s possible for someone starting up their first couple months to make a great amount of money. I was impressed with how much Matt made in the beginning but now, he’s learning from me how to make even more! Thank you TCS for not only helping me succeed but creating this wonderful bond myself and my brother Matt now share. I will see you at the top! I attended your last workshop and it blew my mind! I cannot believe how intense that training was and how thorough the trainers were. Everyone involved in the workshop event was friendly and very knowledgeable. I recommend everyone I know attend their next workshop. It doesn’t matter where the workshop is, be there! If you sit and wait for another one “nearby” to come to you you’ll miss out on all this precious time you could’ve already have been utilizing to apply the education taught at the workshop. Also, if you want things to happen are you going to wait for them to find you or you going to go out and go get them? Take action today! I will be making a very comfortable chunk of change to live on without working as hard. It’s called working smarter. Please have more workshops! You have to experience it for yourself!

Patrick,
Please send me the email to sign up for the next set of webinar training classes. Our team is gradually growing. Mainly family members that want to help any way they can. I have two retired sisters and a daughter and our venture into TCS Foreclosures has brought us closer together than we have been in years. I still work 40 hours a week so they have been helping keying in pre-foreclosure information and getting the marketing letters done. My daughter went through the terrible loss of her first child four years ago. She has not shown interest in doing much of anything since then. Since out joining TCS, she has listened to the audio DVD’s and has shown great interest in working with us in this venture. She is in her third week of real estate classes (she wants her own access to MLS) and we all plan to attend this next seminar in Dallas. If nothing else, I have to thank TCS Foreclosures and God for leading us to you for you have given her something she can believe in. And you have allowed me to see my daughter again as I remember her. The dollars we have spent so far is nothing compared to the rewards I have personally received so far. Last month, I had the pleasure to attend the TCS Foreclosures seminar in Irvine, California. Attending this event was one of the best business decisions I made this year. During the long weekend, TCS provided us with priceless up to date education in the various aspects of the Real Estate Foreclosure market and the wonderful opportunity to network with Real Estate professionals from all corners of the globe.
It was very rewarding to see over three hundred professionals of this industry together, showing great enthusiasm despite the challenging nature of our business. TCS is proud to announce that this past weekend’s workshop was a major success. We would like to thank everyone who joined us. It is absolutely priceless when you can collectively bring so many enthusiastic, hard working people together for such a special event. The positive feedback from our clients was overwhelming. At the workshop, we even gave away a house…. That’s right, we gave away an actual house.
The buzz of the entire workshop was surrounded by the timing of the market. We had mentioned that the money that our clients are making now is greater than any other time in our 8 ½ years of doing business. This is s sign that the bottom of the market is driving more homebuyers into your business, which makes everyone significantly more money. And low and behold… Tuesday’s press backed up everything we said, which I’m sure was to the delight of everyone!

I learned of a potentially lucrative deal in Atlanta that looked really interesting. After looking at the specifics, I decided to move forward with the transaction and purchased the property.
